This is a small program which creates HTML links to files, both local and from a mapped network drive.
Instructions
Just download the file and put it anywhere on disk. Start the application in order to add it to the "Send to" menu. After that you just right click on a file, select "Send to" and "GS Make URL". Then press Ctrl+V to paste the HTML link.
The program is free and has been tested on Windows 2000.
